Description:
Inflammation of paranasal sinuses. This condition may be purulent, non-purulent, acute and chronic. Depending on the site of involvement it is known as ethmoidal, frontal, maxillary or sphenoidal sinusitis.
Its possible English equivalent is sinusitis.
